Connection

1. The remote control for the barco projector is in the Information Office. Cables, boxes and manuals are in a box and a Sun Classic is ready for use in the room next door (the room with all the cleaning materials).
2. It is important to turn off all the equipment when you connecting the equipment.
3. The 220 V plug must be grounded. The plug is placed beneath the second row of chairs.
4. The BNC plugs for the barco projector and the BNC plug for EtherNet DAIMI are placed beneath the blackboard. Input numbers and colours are marked.
5. Please check that all plugs are correctly connected before you turn on.
6. Please draw the curtains and draw the curtain in front of the Screen Curtain to normal. The light in the room must be turned down to minimum.
7. The barco projector has to be turned on for about 3-5 minutes before it shows the correct picture.

Sound

1. You can find a mini jack plug to a 5 pol XLR plug which can be used from a computer to a desk The XLR plug is place beneath the second row of chairs.
2. Please remember to adjust the sound level on the desk. You may hear some noice from the loudspeaker when there is no signal on.

Disconnection

1. Everybody logs out.
2. "Pvagten" turns off the computers.
3. Turn off all equipment (computer and barco projector)
4. Please put back cables and return the remote control.
